The Ivy Tree has re-opened boasting a full extensive refurbishment with stylish décor of the bar/restaurant and all of our 8 ensuite bedrooms, we also offer an executive suite which accommodates up to 4 people We are located 4.5 miles from Tees Valley International Airport, 10 miles from Darlington Train Station and only 1.8 miles from Eaglescliffe Train Station boasting a fantastic location for sight seeing and an easy access location for our business clients Our single room is En-suite with complimentary toiletries, Freeview flat screen TV's. Clothes hanging facilities, complimentary tea and coffee. All our rooms have undergone a full refurbishment in September 2023

Hi I'm a very busy lady with 2 children and a husband together we have several businesses including 2 pubs with letting rooms and a Deli shop. We enjoy having family time together on holidays and meeting up with extended family. We have a Golden Retriever called Enzo and he rules our house.
