A beautiful, serene retreat where you don’t have to travel too far to get away from it all. Note: The studio is accessible via two flights of stairs. This might be challenging if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or have little ones. It is fully self contained with direct access to the yard. You’re welcome to use the 2-person kayak and discover the beautiful Port Hacking River. Entry to the stunning Royal National Park is just a 10min walk. 5min walk to the famous “Jack Gray” cafe. NOTE: there are 2 flights of outdoor stairs to the property. Nestled in nature and offering all the modern comforts. The entire studio is yours, offering 3.2m high ceilings, hardwood floors, modern kitchen and bathroom, king-size bed, king single bed, dining and lounge area with a large smart TV. Please take note: WiFi is available but connectivity is patchy due to being on the out skirts of Sydney. The property has direct access to the tidal river where you can take a serene kayak ride down the port hacking river. The waterfront is tidal and accessible via a steep staircase so kids need to be supervised. You’ll wake up to the chorus of lorikeets, rosellas, and kookaburras. During the day, you can sometimes spot a family of deer by the back fence or crossing over the river. A peaceful place to truly relax and do as little or as much as you want. The local shops are only 300m away and include the fabulous ‘Jack Gray Cafe’, convenience store and takeaway. Grab some fish and chips and picnic at Swallow Reserve by the Port Hacking river, only 5min from the shops. Bring your swimmers and fishing rod too! In the yard, we have a huge cubby house your child can explore and a chicken coop under it. No other pets.
