For Phuket this is very good value for a monthly stay. Location is good as it is away from the main road and traffic of Chalong but only takes 5-7 mins to walk there. All of the staff are very helpful and welcoming, and the host was kind and always responsive of my messages. The resort itself is lovely, 2 nice pools, surrounded by trees and plants and very peaceful. For the room, I cannot complain too much as for the price you get what you pay for, it is very small and not much storage. As this is a monthly rental you are at the very back of the villa with no view. The room wasn't that clean when we checked in, a few stains on bathroom tiles which easily came off when I wiped them, and during our 6 week stay we didn't get offered cleaning once and I had to ask for the bed linen and towels to be changed. Overall very good and would come back, just a few minor points on the cleanliness of the place.
