Instructions on how to use the hotplates, oven, heating/cooling, and television are in the information manual provided upon your arrival. Plenty of parking. Plenty of space for horse floats, trailers, caravans, and trucks. **Horses and Dogs ARE WELCOME** No liability for animal welfare is accepted by the owner. Large dogs are not to be accommodated in the house or have access to bedrooms or sleep on beds. The owner has their personal and working dogs on the property but they are accommodated away from the house for guest comfort however in extreme weather for their safety and wellbeing they may be bought back into the house yards. This being the case the owner will inform the guests. The property has a contained side yard where your animals and children will be more than safe and happy. Please note, to avoid disappointment, that the yard spaces around the property do have high fencing which is solid so there are no views from the bedrooms out onto the property but do have views to the house area gardens. **Farm Stock and Animals** For your own safety and personal liability please do not enter paddocks. Guests are welcome to pat animals as they are all friendly however this is to be done over fences. The owner takes no responsibility or liability for guests if this requirement of staying on the property is not strictly adhered to.
