An executive 4 bedroom home sleeping 11 people. Pet friendly but pets must not sit on furniture or beds. The home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. The property is not available for events, parties or schoolies. The back room is set up for the family to be able to entertain the smallest members of your family. The back room has beds to sleep 5-7 people with a lounge, tv a few games and access to the courtyard along with the connecting hallway leading to the rest of the home. There are another 3 x bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom with ensuite and the other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom directly across the hallway and separate toilet. This is the style of home where you can enjoy and know the children are being entertained if they are not at the beach directly out the front although you do have to walk through the dunes to gain access to the amazing beach which is the Tasman Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped all you need to do is to bring or have a grocery order delivered. There are two BBQ's with one being on the deck at the front of the home overlooking the ocean and then the other is for those windy days so that you can still enjoy a BBQ as it is in the courtyard. This home has been fully renovated to a high level and the furnishings are well suited to the home. With a full view of the ocean from a large portion of the home you will feel like you are sitting on the waters edge even from the lounge or when you are in the kitchen prepping a snack. All linen is supplied along with a few different spices and other condiments for the kitchen. Shampoos, conditioner, and body wash are ready for your stay along with a guide booklet for the home and also there is an appliance manual at the home.
