This is a cozy self-checkin studio in the heart of Saigon. We are on top of a spa and shared the same entrance with them. The townhouse is tucked away in a peaceful alley away from the street noises. But you will not be isolated because there are many shops and restaurants around. It's a very safe area even at night. For safety reasons, smoking is not allowed inside the house. Your room is on the 1st floor (NO ELEVATOR). There is a small rear window overlooking the back wall of our neighbour. (so no view but it helps with ventilation). There is a private kitchenette with hot stove and mini fridge. You can prepare quick meals or heat up food. But please note that food with pungent smells are not allowed as it may affect other guests. We also have a 40inch smart TV with free Netflix, and a long working desk, serving both your leisure and business needs.

I was very impressed at how clean Hangs studio was. The location is in a very clean alleyway with lots of cool eateries and cafes. Really great value and highly recommend. I would Def stay again in the future.

Hang´s place is perfect for a short stay in Ho Chi Min. It is quite clean and confortable where you can rest in a quite place. It is perfectly located like a 10 min walk from the Walking Street and from the market. Thanks for everything!

The neighbourhood is vibrant but not touristy. Along the alleys, you will find many shops, food outlets, hair salons and nail bars that local people actually go to. One of Saigon's most famous shopping street, Nguyễn Trãi, is also steps away from our house.
Other attractions are within walking distance, or a quick Taxi/Grab ride, which will save you money travelling around.
You will not be affected by the noises from the main road. But you may occasionally hear street vendors' cries during day time, which we consider a charm of Vietnam. It won't be loud and they'll pass by in 30 secs
Cars can usually reach to our door. However, if the alley is too busy, you may have to take a short walk to the main roads (only 70metre) to catch a taxi.
Our place is in walking distance to many attractions in District 1. You can also easily take a taxi, Grab or Be (similar to Uber).
