I am currently in a dispute for a full refund of this stay. During my stay there was a gas leak determined by PG&E. Second day in I noticed an awful smell coming from the laundry room, which was discovered to be a dead rodent on a mouse trap under the laundry counter. Additionally, the house is infested with pincher bugs. They are crawling throughout the house on the walls, floor, kitchen and bathroom. I discovered the bugs in all of my bags, food items, and toiletries. Devin is continuing to downplay the severity of the infestation of bugs. These three issues are safety and health hazards. Because the property sits on a vehicle storage yard with unmaintained landscaping, the infestations will continue. I only stayed for 3/9 nights booked due to these issues, however Devin is only offering $612 of the $1400 paid.

The house was clean, organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I also appreciated the distance from other homes as it felt relatively private. I had a great stay at Devin’s place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

I e rented from Devin a couple times now and every visit is better than the last. Great place for work or simply a calm get away this is the place to stay!!!

Devin’s home was perfect for what we were needing. Never have I been to an airbnb and not had to go to the store for basic necessities like detergent, toilet paper, etc. The place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay again.
