Great place for 2 people. Comfortable bed and good amount of space, the nice outdoor area was a plus. The area is nice and close to convenience store, restaurants and the beach. Worth noting however that there is no door to the bathroom so important to be comfortable around each other!
We absolutely loved staying here! We had a horrible experience at another place and had to find alternate accommodations, so we feel so grateful and lucky to have found this oasis! Ray was very quick to get back to us when we had questions, came over to help when the wifi was down, and let us check in a littler earlier and store our bags a little longer after checkout. The whole place was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfy, the outdoor shower was so lovely, and you can’t beat the location! After our previous horrible experience elsewhere, staying here and having Ray as a host was a breath of fresh air. We were so sad to leave and would absolutely stay here again.
Enjoyed my stay at this amazing little place. It’s clean, tidy and set up for guests extremely well. Loved the personal touches throughout the home. Especially the welcome note left, such a nice gesture. Very responsive communication and house instructions were extremely easy. Highly recommend staying at this little Bondi beauty!
I loved the location, I wasn’t sure about staying ‘out’ of Bondi central but I’m so glad I chose Ray’s place. North Bondi is great, hip little cafes and some lovely restaurants, there’s also a pub/hotel The Beach hotel if you’re looking for a close night out. Solo traveller and I felt very safe. The outdoor area is spacious and it’s a bonus to wake up and have a coffee in the courtyard, or a beer at the end of the day. Bed was super comfy and the bedroom very quiet. Big telly if you feel like a night in with free Netflix and Stan. Ray was easy to deal with and very responsive. I loved my stay I felt like a tourist in my own country.
This is a great place in a super location . Close to the beach , great neighbourhood cafes and restaurants- Hey You and Blackwood for breakfast , Fishop for dinner . Easy bus to Bondi Junction and then quick train to circular Quay . Fabulous beach walks to Bronte and Coogee . A swim at Icebergs is a must . Ray was very friendly. Nice towels and sheets and shower products and big comfy bed . Quiet location . Nothing negative to say and sad to leave .

Travelling from Bondi to the City:
Bus: Catch any bus marked 379, 380 or 333 but make sure it's marked Circular Quay not Bondi Junction. The trip to Circular Quay takes 45 minutes on the 380 bus, and about six minutes less on the 333. All 381 and 382 buses terminate at Bondi Junction.
Train: Catch any bus (Bondi Junction or Circular Quay) and change to join the train at the Bondi Junction interchange. Follow the crowds. This is generally quicker on weekdays especially in peak hour, but not as scenic as staying on a bus for the full trip to the city.
14 min Bus to the beach from Bondi Bungalow:
Catch the 389 from the corner of Glenayr Ave & Warners Ave opp the Blackwood Cafe Restaurant.
11 min walk to the beach from Bondi Bungalow:
Follow Glenayr Ave heading south and turn left into Beach Rd.
Bondi Bungalow is conveniently located a short 2-minute stroll away from the vibrant hub of Bondi, featuring an array of dining, drinking, and entertainment options.
Unrestricted all-day parking is available on Glenayr Avenue beginning from Bondi Bungalow and extending towards the north.
