The cozy living room boasts a wood burning fireplace (wood not provided) and a large television for relaxation. The dining room comfortably seats six, and a breakfast bar accommodates two more. Travelers can find a peaceful workspace for remote work. Step outside to a spacious back patio with a charming swing, and comfortable patio furniture. The generous, fenced-in yard welcomes pets to play freely. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 6 guests at any given time. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property. No refunds. PET FEE: A one time, non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. We take the cleaning of our home very seriously and will do our best to maintain the safety of all our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We do provide a starter kit for our guests such as toilet paper, paper towels, mini toiletries, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent. These items may need to be replenished during your stay and are the guests responsibility to do so. House rules do apply.
