Our charming historical getaway is nestled in the heart of Natchitoches with picturesque views of the Events Center, the majestic Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, and much more (on the 2nd floor). Walking distance to Front Street and the River Bank Big screen TV, Free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, spacious front and rear porch, claw foot tub, shower, Victorian bed, antique furniture, sofa bed, private parking, and much more. The is in a historical building in downtown Natchitoches. The bedroom has a full antique bed, full size dresser, and closet. The front room has a sofa sleeper with a queen sized pull out bed. The bathroom has a clawfoot bathtub for relaxation and soaking. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook and feel at home. We also have a washer and dryer in the condo.

After a very long day, we enjoyed a relaxing evening on the upstairs porch. The condo is in a fabulous location and everything is within walking distance. Inside we found a nicely furnished living area with a large screen tv, a well appointed kitchen, great bathroom and bedroom with very nice linens. The place was very clean. We will definitely return.

Doesn’t get any better, great location and wonderful host !! One street from downtown water front on Cane River. Cozy with all the amenities you need.
Perfect distance to all of Front St activities yet far enough for a peaceful end of the night.
I needed this place in a pinch and Brennan was super response allowing my family and I to check in early. The spot is super unique and had French Quarter vibes. It was cozy and comfortable. The balcony is huge and is a great hangout spot. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Short, walking distance from many stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, the Riverfront, etc.
You will have your own parking spot behind the building, or you can park on the street.
