The house was perfect for our needs for this trip. The house is newly updated and extremely clean. Beds were super comfortable, and the house was well stocked. They even provided coffee, tea and all the fixings, which is always a nice and welcomed touch. Nicholette was very responsive. My only complaint was that the backyard had no privacy. You are surrounded by houses that can look in. But there are curtains inside the house. If you want to sit outside in the backyard there is no table or furniture just a hammock chair. We had bad weather and was in town for a family event, so it worked for our needs.

Everything about the house was nice. Good living space, kitchen and bedrooms. The community of lighthouse point was beautiful and quiet. The marina was right next door, which was well within walking distance. We loved hanging out there at the restaurant and taking in the views of the water and yachts.

We had a fantastic stay. Place is beautiful and very clean. Definitely would stay again!

The place was in a great area, convenient for leisure and play, and everything about the house itself was really nice. Nicholette was a great and quick communicator. Would definitely stay here again.
