Our modern cedar clad Garden Studio has a private entrance and is tucked away at the bottom of our garden. It is built to a high specification with acoustic insulation so it's peaceful and quiet. The 4 metre patio doors look on to a secluded garden area, on sunny days it's great to sit out on the south facing deck. There's free on street parking, it's approximately a 20 minute walk through Valley Gardens or a few minutes drive to Harlow Carr and Harrogate Centre .

Excellent facilities , nice private location, well within walking distance of both Harlow Carr Gardens and Harrogate town Centre (20 min). Would highly recommend for a short stay .

First time we had stayed in an Air b&b property and would definitely use again. Arrived slightly earlier than agreed and Ian was very accommodating and the accommodation and facilities were very good. Harrogate is a beautiful place and where we stayed afforded us the opportunity to spend time getting to know Harrogate and surrounding area.
Great place to stay in the ‘burbs of Harrogate. Ian left clear instructions on how to find the studio, and once inside the space was clean, tidy and warm. Everything we needed for our stay was there plus some thoughtful extras like enough food for breakfast.

Within a few minutes walk there are a couple of small food shops, a lovely café which is great for breakfast, lunch or just a drink. Also a 5 minute walk takes you to a lovely country pub. If you fancy walking down into Harrogate it takes about 15/20 minutes. There is a wide variety of pubs and restaurants, the Royal Hall, Conference Centre, Harrogate theatre and two cinema's.
Harrogate has a train station, with the bus depot next to it. The no 6 runs regular buses up to Otley Rd and the bus stop is just a couple of minutes from our home, if you have a car we have on street parking. There are some local walks that are direct from our location.
