Our newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is great for families or large gatherings looking for a peaceful getaway in a quiet area of Templeton. Close to wineries, Templeton's historic downtown, walking distance to Trader Joe’s and coffee shops, and just a quick five minute drive from both Paso Robles and Atascadero, our centrally located home is a great starting point to exploring all areas of the central coast--San Luis Obispo, Cambria, and Morro Bay are all just a short drive away. Our home features a large Great Room perfect for family gatherings. Guests particularly enjoy our large kitchen island perfect for parking shared snacks, preparing food, and being social with seating for 6. The kitchen opens into the living room which features a large sliding door inviting you into the spacious backyard, which is fully fenced. The adjacent dining room seats up to 10 at a lovely wooden dinner table. We feature 4 bedrooms, each with king beds. Two of the rooms include en-suite bathrooms, and one includes a 100+ square foot walk in closet which can be used as either an office space, a nursery, or both. A second dedicated office space is also featured on the other end of the home.

We absolutely loved Luke's place in Templeton. Couldn't have found a better home to stay at with little kids and dogs - super clean, spacious, and beautiful home. Extremely convenient to stores and great wineries. We hope to visit again soon!
Great house. Very roomy, clean, quiet neighborhood. It worked out great for the four of us, one dog and a small baby!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Luke was a wonderful host--one of the first interactions we had was when I asked if the property had a high chair. It didn't, so Luke went out and bought one for us! He left us a lovely welcome bottle of wine. The house was beautiful and spacious. There are so many thoughtful touches, like the bedside tables that have built-in outlets. It had plenty of room for our group and the toddler and baby we had with us. My toddler loved playing out in the yard with the soccer ball that was at the house and inside with the Legos that were among the games already at the home. The labels on the kitchen drawers were super helpful. It was a wonderful kitchen to cook in (my husband always loves to do a lot of cooking and this was the nicest kitchen we've had :) The yard is not only fenced in, but carefully fenced with extra wire to make sure our 7lb dog couldn't get out. Fingers crossed we get a chance to come back!
This was probably our favorite airbnb in Paso. We go to Paso a lot too. The house is a farm style, close to downtown Templeton. And a short trip to downtown Paso. We love that all the beds are kings! The rooms were clean, had a charging station next to bedside. The kitchen was great! Had everything you need to cook. I like that there were labels for the cabinets. The backyard was huge! I wish there was a fire pit or some games like cornhole, but our dogs love the open space! Plenty of parking. Everything was superb. We love it so much, we booked our next stay here in October. See you again!

We are near the end of a quiet street without a lot of traffic or noise. Trader Joe’s, Pier 46 seafood, and the Human Bean and Merry Hill coffee shops are a short walk or even shorter drive, and we’re just one mile from downtown Templeton which features a collection of local restaurants and wine tasting rooms.
There is ample parking available in our private driveway and garage for several vehicles. We feature two 220 volt outlets in our garage which guests may use to charge electric vehicles.
