Everything was as you described EXEPT the mattress. It was an air mattress. That is a dealbreaker. You need to change it.

This place was perfect!! I am a travel nurse and this studio fit the bill while I was on a contract. It was a minute and a half from the facility and very close to shopping and restaurants. If you are coming to Washington this is the place to stay.

Great place to stay in Washington, NC. Very clean and everything was new! The bed was super comfy and even though the place was small it had everything we needed and more. The snacks and water were a great surprise! We will ba back!

Everything in the unit was very new and up to date. Loved the colors! We had a bit of a problem getting the door unlocked, but finally did it without help. We got it locked when we left but could not get the lock box to stay locked. We had been communicating with Jason and left him a voice message about the problem. We had an appointment we had to get to so we could not stay around. All in all it is a great new unit and I would recommend it to anyone. :)
