It is a lovely place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, safe neighbourhood, very close to a metro station that goes to the very heart of Paris. Florent’s space was very clean and inviting, equipped with everything that is needed for a pleasant stay. I would choose it for my next visits.

Voici mon second séjour chez Florent et toujours aussi bien ! Accueil chaleureux, souple et flexible, logement aux couleurs vertes relaxantes, proximité du bois de Vincennes, bus et métro... Tout fut parfait ! Je reviendrai... une 3ème fois ! :) Merci Florent !

The apartment is lovely, I stayed here 4 weeks and found everything I needed. Compact and equipped and pleasant to stay. The apartment is located in an excellent neighborhood and fun to stay near the Vansen Forest. Metro to Paris within walking distance. I already ordered the next time here.

We had a great time here! Florent’s apartment felt really cozy and well decorated. Him and his wife were very sweet and welcoming. We would love to stay here again!

Best Airbnb ever, looked better than the pictures and Florent set it up so nicely — it was so warm (in both senses of the word). It was clean, the space was well-organized with everything we could need, and Florent was kind & friendly even leaving us a bottle of champagne in honor of the New Year during which we were visiting. Florent helped us so much with everything! Thank you Florent!!!
