This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries.  BEDROOM 2 This is a spacious bedroom on the first floor that opens up the view of the lawn. It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and a wardrobe. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 3 This is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with modern amenities providing the utmost comfort. It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi and a wardrobe. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 4 This spacious bedroom on the first floor comes with a view of the fruit garden. BATHROOMS There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms.  All bathrooms have towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM 1 The living room on the ground floor seats up to 7 people. This living room is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, Fan and TV. LIVING ROOM 2 The living room on the first floor seats up to 8 people. This living room is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, Fan, music system and TV.  It opens up to the spacious balcony with a view of the lawn. DINING AREA The dining room is present on the ground floor and is equipped with a fan and stylish furnishings. It has seating arrangements for up to 8 people. BALCONY The expansive balcony is adorned with artificial grass to elevate the look. It contains seating arrangements for up to 5-6 people. THEATRE ROOM This room is situated on the first floor and can accommodate 8 people in one sitting. It is equipped with a 150-inch projector screen and reclining chairs accompanied by a state-of-the-art sound system This includes Klipsch speakers with Dolby Atmos Marantz AV system. OFFICE ROOM AND PRAYER ROOM A small office room is present on the ground floor next to the common washroom and has an sofa-cum-bed for personal staff. This room is equipped with sofa seats for 2-3 people, a workstation, AC and an attached prayer room. The prayer room is a small space to conduct devotional gestures. UTILITY AREA The utility area on the first floor is furnished with a washing machine and hangers for the guest's convenience. This area also contains plenty of storage space. STORE ROOM AND STAFF QUARTERS The store room is placed next to the staff quarters and is stored with produce. The staff quarters on the ground floor have all the basic amenities present. TERRACE GYM AND PLAY ROOM There is gym-cum-play area on the terrace. It is adorned with many modern equipment paving the way for the perfect workout along with board games like carrom and pool. It also seats up to 2-3 people on a sofa setting. LAWN AND FRUIT GARDEN A 4355 sq ft lawn surrounds the property. It can seat up to 3-4 people at any time. A fruit garden is present with fresh produce for people to enjoy during peak seasons. POOL There is a private plunge pool, 17x10.7 ft. in size and 4.9 ft. in depth. The pool is accessible at any time throughout the stay.  KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available.
