This is a cozy self-checkin studio in the heart of Saigon. We are on top of a spa and shared the same entrance with them. The townhouse is tucked away in a peaceful alley away from the street noises. But you will not be isolated because there are many shops and restaurants around. It's a very safe area even at night. For safety reasons, smoking is not allowed inside the house. Your room is on the 1st floor (NO LIFT). There are big windows and a balcony overlooking the alleys. There is a private kitchenette with hot stove and mini fridge. You can prepare quick meals or heat up food. But please note that food with pungent smells are not allowed as it may affect other guests. We also have a 40inch smart TV with free Netflix, and a long working desk, serving both your leisure and business needs.

This was the 1st place I've stayed in Vietnam and it was overall the best. First of all, as many other reviews stated, I felt home the second I entered in the room. My late self check-in was quick & easy, which I really appreciated after a very long day of travel. The bed is extremely firm, but surprisingly very comfortable. The room is sparkling clean, cozy and nicer than the pictures. Hot shower with very good pressure. Building located in an alley, which makes it enough quiet at night (also noticeable during the day). Many coffee shops & restaurants near by. Free laundry on the top floor is really amazing (only place I got that in Vietnam). The communication with Hang was always friendly, very informative, easy and quick. She was always available to answer to my numerous questions, even when I left HCM. I simply can't list everything she did to make my stay, but also the rest of my trip easier. She's an amazing host and person. My only regret is that I never met her in person.
房源位置
The neighbourhood is vibrant but not touristy. Along the alleys, you will find many shops, food outlets, hair salons and nail bars that local people actually go to. One of Saigon's most famous shopping street, Nguyễn Trãi, is also steps away from our house.
Other attractions are within walking distance, or a quick Taxi/Grab ride, which will save you money travelling around.
You will not be affected by the noises from the main road. But you may occasionally hear street vendors' cries during day time, which we consider a charm of Vietnam. It won't be loud and they'll pass by in 30 secs
Cars can usually reach to our door. However, if the alley is too busy, you may have to take a short walk to the main roads (only 70metre) to catch a taxi.
Our place is in walking distance to many attractions in District 1. You can also easily take a taxi, Grab or Be (similar to Uber).
