Luisa is an open hearted person, ready to assist you in any matter linked to your stay. The location was great, away from tourist crowds but not far from the centre either. I enjoyed the accommodation which was as described, the local tips I was given gave even an extra touch. Thank you!

It is a must to stay at Luisa. She is always available (actually I didn't bother her), but if you like sightseeing it is easy to walk and discover everything. If you arrive by plane, the tram drops you 10 min away from home. :) Uffizi is 25-30 min walk, but the streets are lovely- don't take Google's recommended route, ask Luisa. Café, supermarket 4-5 minutes. The room is small with a nice balcony, the bathroom is huge with shower and jacuzzi as fell. Top clean! I loved the flowers in the bathroom :) & the clock. The bathroom is yours, Luisa has her own floor somewhere in the big house. For breakfast I've got fruits and simple snacks, juice, coffee (Lavazza capsules). Check-in late, out early was easy. Luisa is a wonderful host. Highly recommended

Had a great stay with Luisa. The location is fantastic, in the area south of the Arno river with a really nice atmosphere and hidden gem restaurants away from tourists. Despite being away from the tourist traps, you’re only a 10 minute walk from big attractions like the Botanical Gardens, Ponte Vecchio and Il Domo. It’s also a 15 minute walk from station. The house itself is full of charm, with a beautiful garden and tasteful decoration. House was immaculately clean, with a fantastic private bathroom containing a hybrid bath/jacuzzi and shower. Luisa was one of those people with something special about her. She’s a truly great person with stories to tell if you’re happy to listen. She went out of her way to make me feel at home, was happy to chat and help me plan an itinerary. Helping me plan an itinerary was invaluable, as it allowed me to sample hidden gem restaurants and map out my days perfectly. I highly recommend staying with Luisa if you want a great experience in Firenze!

Fantastic place to stay for a few days, in the more residential part of the city, over the river next the Oltrano district. You can walk or get the bus there from the train station with ease. Luisa was available for any thing that I needed, from checking in at a time that worked for me, providing a coffee machine and capsules, teas, bottled water just for me, to printing off local maps with her restaurant, cafe and museum recommendations. Having my bedroom (with a door that you can lock) and private bathroom (with toiletries provided) on the one floor to myself was reassuring. The garden is stunning to sit in for a morning coffee and pastry, as well as an apertivo in the evening! Thank you for a great stay Luisa
