房子很漂亮，很温馨也很整齐～就是厕所有味道，放包包的地方有点少。有任何问题找屋主也很快处理到…非常推荐～下次还会入住

Nice place, has no problem that the others were mentioning so I assume that the previous issues have all being fixed. We have a rather positive experience in this place and has no issue with it, with the only minor exception being the smallest room is actually quite small, but were ok for a short stay. The location is also quite convenient, with shops below it where anyone can get quick grocery or food if needed.

I believe the host is doing good in maintaining the premise as I read quite a lot of good reviews before booking. But I’ll share based on my experience this time. Unfortunately, this is not consider as a pleasant stay. 1. Only one parking is provided for a 5-7 pax stay, extra vehicle will need to park at visitor parking and RM10 will be charged after 11pm or per overnight, which is an unexpected cost. 2. Upon arrival, we checked all the facilities in the unit: faucet in the kitchen broken, light in the bathrooms not working, master bedroom door handle lock broken, which caused some inconvenience. There’s some stains on the towel as well. Floor is not clean & lots of dust. *Highlight: The admin were responsive. They appointed a technician to fix the light on the next day. Other than the above, everything’s okay. But if you ask me if this is a worthy stay, sorry, definitely nope for this time. Hope the improvements can be made and bring high level of satisfaction to the guests.

You need to really do inspection of your house if you want to continue to rent. There is too much things the host need to repair and maintain!
