The host needs to invest in suitable nonstick pans for cooking. There was only scratched up flat round thing for a pan which made food difficult to cook. Housekeeping was abysmal even though my checkin was late because I was told that they were still cleaning the room. It wasn’t very clean. I shouldn’t have to go purchase my own bedding because this bedding didn’t look clean or sanitary. Hair and mystery stains on sheets, soooo many gross stains and even what looked like possible moldy spots on the accessory pillows that were on the bed. Needless to say, those immediately were removed from the bed. I never spent any time on the couch because it too was stained. Best features- the jacuzzi tub (which is humongous) and the view. Unfortunately there was zero patio furniture like some others had, but the view of the mountains was my absolute favorite thing to see every morning. Very cool to watch the weather in the mountains. Lots of drag racing at night which can disturb your rest.

This stay was great. It's further away from the strip, but it's an easy bus ride (check RideRTC...passes are cheap and it's only one bus to get to the strip, with a stop right outside the hotel). Everything in the unit as as described, and the host was communicative, answering any question I had. Check in was simple, and parking was free. The unit itself is pretty large, has a kitchen, and has a large bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower (the tub was amazing). The unit also has a balcony. It faces south, and since the building is about a mile or so west of the strip, you don't get the hotel/casino views, but it's still a pretty good view of the city and the mountains far away. Overall, I enjoyed staying here, and I would definitely stay again if I were back in Vegas.

Welcome to the Palms Place Hotel. It’s a resort just 2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip (a 5-minute drive), and is very close to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centers. So you can stock up the kitchenette really easily.

It’s just two miles to the Strip, so you will get to the action in no time. You can catch one of the taxis that’s on standby outside the resort. You can also arrange a ride with Uber or Lyft, It typically costs around $10 to get there.
If you’re driving here, valet parking is free, and there’s plenty of free outside parking spaces, including a 4 story parking deck by Palms Casino.
