Klondike Ranch is excited to extend out guest season by welcoming fall and winter enthusiasts to stay in our cozy cabins. Our ranch is located just off Crazy Woman Canyon Road and only a short 4 mile drive to the base of Crazy Woman Canyon and the Bighorn Mountains. We offer a perfect, rural home base with easy access for anyone wanting to enjoy the trails on their snow mobile, atv, fish, hike or snow shoe. We are a working ranch, but your privacy is very important to us. Elk Horn I is a cozy little two story apartment in a duplex. The duplex is great for small groups but also private enough to rent individually. The downstairs is the main bedroom with a queen size bed, a kitchenette, the upstairs is a lofted room with a twin bed. The porch of Elk Horn I has a beautiful, sunset view of some of our pasture and the Bighorn Mountains.

My recent stay at the downtown loft on Airbnb was exceptional from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process, providing detailed information about the property and local area. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the spaciousness and immaculate cleanliness of the loft. The decor was stylish and modern, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location of the loft couldn't have been better - it was just a short walk to all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in the city center. I loved being able to easily explore the area on foot and not have to worry about transportation. During my stay, the host checked in to ensure I had everything I needed and even provided some great local recommendations. The loft had all the amenities I could have wanted, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast and reliable WiFi. I felt right at home and truly enjoyed my time here.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Unfortunately, we got in late and had to leave early, but the area and cabin were great!

Only stopped for a night while on the way to somewhere else, but was absolutely worth it. I would love to go back and stay longer; the space was beautiful and so was the ranch. It was easy to get to with the instructions provided and was a nice place to land for a good nights sleep.

Our neighborhood is very rural with a couple beautiful ranches and some other private homes.
Buffalo is about a 20 minute drive to town. There you can find some great restaurants, little coffee shops, a main street of fun shops including Sports Lure, for any permits or licensing you may need for your trip.
Large towns like Sheridan with King's Rope Saddlery and Casper with Lou Talberts are 45-90 minutes away.
When you are at the ranch, each cabin has room for parking even if you are towing a trailer for the Canyon. We are only 4 miles from the base of the canyon so you can use your cabin as a home base or drive a little close and park in a turn out on the way. If you are traveling with an atv, Klondike Road, which is east of the ranch, driving straight to Buffalo. It's a longer drive than the main road, but it is dirt and great for an atv.
Buffalo itself has mainly street parking.
