The house was absolutely lovely and served all of our needs and accommodated all of our guests. The decks with the view of the Greenhorn Mountain was breathtaking. The highlight was the 9 inches of snow that fell thru the night and next morning. The trees glistened and the deer came out and were curious as we were in the hot tub which was a plus. The play area for the kids in the wide open walkout basement with plenty of room for them all to be "kids". Kitchen was fully stocked with a lot of cookware so nice to prepare meals. We will definitely stay again, it was just perfect!

Robert's place was well-appointed, loaded with just about everything you could want, even for an extended stay. The views from the back deck were just beautiful - loved seeing snow on the mountain tops. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the massage chair. Very relaxing place. Close to San Isabel National Forest, where our sons attempted slowsledding, and Bishop's Castle, which is a neat place to visit. Home is not too far from local grocery and dollar stores. Loved Three Sisters Tavern, a restaurant just down the road with awesome chicken fried steak smothered in green chile sauce. Fun games and puzzles on hand. Spacious layout and comfortable beds and furniture. Would have liked to try the Royal Gorge train, I think it's about 1-1.5 hours away, but maybe next time. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is so comfy and the wildlife is so fun to watch every morning! Will definitely be back!
