The tiny house is renovated. However, there is no insulation. A/c unit at the top of the unit has no heat. The remote does not work. there is a heater, but keeping it plugged in is a fire hazard, so my friend and I froze at night and both ended up sick. The wifi signal is very weak, so, the smart TV only receives 3 channels. My laptop and PS4 were rendered useless without a Hotspot via phone. The sink is either hot or cold, no in between. My neighbor next door was allowed to let their 180lb Great Dane mix roam off leash. Ran up to my car upon check in. Also scared my dog, who was kept on leash at all times. I was shocked this 180lb dog was allowed to roam off leash all the time. Not once did I, or my friend, see this dog on leash. There's an initial gate to get in. safe. However, there's a manual gate after getting halfway down dirt path. One must get out and open the cattle gate everytime & then close and find parking. For what is charged, this could be better. Deposits nonrefundable.

Dayana y su familia son personas realmente geniales, amigables y muy divertidos. El lugar es hermoso, tranquilo y hay muchas cosas para hacer con niños, parque para divertirse, alimentar a los animales, y caminar al aire libre. La cabaña súper adecuada con todo a tu alcance buen aire acondicionado y calefacción por si hay mucho frío, privacidad y ambiente muy seguro. Parqueadero dentro del lugar a pocos pasos de tu instalación. Es un lugar maravilloso al cual volveremos

This was the most cute and cozy little spot! If you live farm animals or have children this place is great. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Black Jack the bull. His enclosure was close to our front door. We saw him on the other side of pen when we first went in to check the room, as soon as we walked out he was on waiting for us as close to the fence as he could. We went over to say hello and lowered his head letting us know he wanted scratches. The animals are super sweet and interactive. We also really loved the outdoor kitchen area. It's has some chairs and a TV and some hammocks. Great place to hang out. One of the things we noticed the most is how clean and pristine the grounds were. There is a lot of foilage on the property and all of it is well trimmed and taken care of. Also, despite having farm animals around there was absolutely zero smell from the farm animals. Their pens were also very clean. Overall the hosts were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
