As first time visitors to Istanbul we could not have wished for better accomodation. Centrally located close to restaurants,shopping and transport making exploring Istanbul a pleasure. The well equipped apartment perfect for a couple with good quality furnishing and linen and importantly a comfortable bed. Merve and her team highly responsive and organised airport transfers for us. An ideal Istanbul base for a couple to enjoy the sights and sounds of a wonderful city! Highly recommend

Merve's apartment was amazing and we had the best experience in Beyoglu. The location is superb, away from the ultra touristy areas like sulltanahmet but still close to a premium locality with everything in walking distance. She was patient and kind enough to recommend to us various delightful experiences around the area. I couldn't think of a better way to start my trip in turkey.

Merve’s place was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. The home itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated, with modern and elegant touches. The building, secure and private. The location was outstanding- you can walk right outside your door and around the corner you’ll find the cobblestone street that leads to Galata Tower. The metro is literally one minute from the house, and the tram only a short distance away. I moved around quite a bit, and took the metro to Nisantasi to the north one day for shopping. Another day I took a scenic and charming 45 minute walk southward, across Galata Bridge to the spice market and then on to Hagia Sofia (about 45 minutes). I then grabbed the tram back home. The thing I want to emphasize, however, is the hospitality you will receive as Merve’s guest. It’s hard to believe she is a new host, because her reception skills are second to none. You will feel, at the same time, perfectly at home and like a VIP, from start to finish.
