Non sharing whether you book 1 or 2 rooms. Central location in Bashundhara close to airport, embassies in Baridhara and Gulshan. Near Evercare hospital and International Conventaion Centre Iccb. Only for family or business travellers. Unmarried couples not accepted. No party but family gathering welcome. This is a brand new apartment in Bashundhara. All furniture and fittings are new and great family living. The apartment has 3 queen beds in 3 rooms. It will be non-sharing whether you book one bedroom for 2 persons or two bedrooms for 3 to 4 persons. Bedrooms have air-condition and fan. Wi-Fi, TV, Microwave, Refrigerator, Washing machine, cooking utensils are available. 24 hours security guard with security camera. The apartment has one dedicated parking for the guest.

They are awesome hosts. Mr. Minhaz was very friendly and helpful all the way during our stay. There were actually some issues with check-in and checkout arrangement that we had made. But he did his best, given the circumstances, to make alternate arrangements and ultimately made it right by us. Very attentive in providing in all the amenities available and also provided a few things we requested. The place was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Loved the water filter in the kitchen. Only thing we felt was missing enough spoons. Would definitely recommend the hosts and confidently recommend the other places they own given our experience with them.
