We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Joe’s beautiful and modern apartment with an excellent location and view of the castle! Joe communicated extremely well, and the place was spotless with everything we needed for our stay. Perfect for two people. We hope to stay there again in the future!
This place was the perfect location for exploring Edinburgh and the view from the apartment was fantastic. The apartment itself was nice and cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh
The absolute ideal location for a trip to Edinburgh. The flat is clean and modern, directly across from the castle and close to the major attractions in the city..and the photos don’t do the view justice..breathtaking. Joe was the perfect host: quick to respond to any questions I had, often answering me within minutes. A perfect stay, thanks Joe!
This listing was an excellent stay and we had a great time. The location was close to all sites and made walking around Edinburgh quite accessible. The views were great and Joe was quick to communicate with any of our needs! Would absolutely stay again.

The apartment is located in the heart of the New Town of Edinburgh. Castle Street, connects Princess St, with all its 'high street' shopping and George St, with its designer boutiques. In between and all around, the best of Edinburgh's cafe culture, dining for all budgets, drinking and socialising. Stay here, and you're in the thick of the city; and yet, the apartment is a haven of peace and quiet!
From Edinburgh Airport, take the tram that takes less than 30 minutes to reach the City Centre and stop at 'Princes Street'. Then, this is a 2 minute walk to the apartment.
Another option is bus number 100 that takes 35 minutes to reach the City Centre. Stop at 'Princes Street West' and that is also a 2 minute walk to the apartment.
From Waverley Train Station, the apartment is a 6-7 minutes walk, following Princes Street right along.
The apartment is located in the very City Centre, therefore coming with a car is not ideal as it may be crowded. There is some parking on George Street - 2 minute walking to the apartment allowing you to let your car during the day for a maximum of 3 hours and for free during the night. Another option is to park your car at NCP Edinburgh Castle terrace situated a 8 minute walk from the apartment allowing hourly/daily stays.
