If you are looking for a quiet location away from city life, then this is a peaceful place to unwind. Wake up to the sound of birds and cicadas and the breeze in the trees and enjoy a coffee or tea on the large veranda. It’s only a short drive to Yeppoon or in the opposite direction you’ll find Byfield Forest, Stoney Creek, and a swag of other delightful spaces. The house itself has a well-appointed and modern kitchen, open plan living area, excellent bathroom with double vanity and a spacious shower, and two very comfortable bedrooms. The decor is warm and inviting and it was so easy to settle into a couple of days of relaxed rural living. Our hosts Glenn and Louise were very easy to communicate with and made our stay quite enjoyable. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone wanting a stay on the Capricorn Coast, but want to avoid the sounds of traffic and crowds.
