Walang mapag lilibangan, sira ang TV/no signal as per staff, Hindi man lang mag offer ng other option. Even internet connection ang Hina. Yung lavatory sink konting galaw lang tumatagas na. Hindi mabaho yung room, Hindi din mabango. Walang nag assist upon check in and check out. Walang mode of communication need mo pa bumababa para lang maka usap ang incharge na staff, mainit ang buga ng aircon. 🥲 Over all its 3/10 for me.

Very good location, clean and comfortable beds. The room was same as shown in the pictures. Very helpful and friendly staff. They always be there to help. Lots of food options near by. Much better and cheaper than any other near by hotels . Fully satisfied and recommend. Will stay there again when ever I visit Gensan again. Thanks to the host and staff.
