Gorgeous - wonderful location, easy stroll to shops and beach. Chic home in a quiet tree lined street - so close to everything yet still peaceful and relaxing. Beautifully maintained interior with lovely outdoor living/entertaining area. We particularly loved the heated pool and table tennis. Had a wonderful stay - we will be back !!!
We had a great stay at the property, the street was very quiet and there was some great local places for food & coffees as well as the main Noosa centre. The plunge pool was a godsend after a hot day and the layout of the house and rear outdoor areas made it ideal for an evening bbq and drinks.
My partner and I went here for a quick get away and it was the perfect place. Private with minimal street traffic so nice and quiet. The private pool was beautiful for us and the lounge and dining area is a dream! Can’t wait to come back

Sunshine Beach enjoys a vibrant village lifestyle, relaxed yet it is an effervescent social hub with an array of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. The local surf club is the perfect spot to catch a game or watch the whales pass, and there is live music on Sundays. Just about everything is catered for in Sunshine Beach with hairdressers, convenience store, bakery, bottle shops and more.
The Noosa Region offers charming hinterland townships, coastal strips with pristine beaches and waterways, stunning rainforests, natural bushlands and wildlife reserves. Sunshine Beach is centrally located, is only a 5 minute drive from Noosa Heads Hastings Street, 3 minutes from the shopping precinct of Noosa Junction and just 20-25 minutes from both the famous Eumundi Markets and the Sunshine Coast Airport.
Most visitors to Sunshine Beach enjoy the fact that the car can be left in the garage. The shops and restaurants, and the patrolled beach are all a pleasant walk away from the house, with a short cut through the park.
If you did wish to do a spot of shopping in the glamorous Hastings Street or enjoy the fine dining, that's a 5 minute drive away. But we think you'll prefer the less touristy and much more laid back enclave of Sunshine Beach.
Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk. There are also very regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel from Sunshine Beach to Noosa, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. Many locals and visitors safely cycle or scooter to, and around Noosa. Maroochydore airport is only a 20min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up and drop off to Brisbane and Maroocydore airports. Uber is now very popular in the area as well as a local taxi service.
