ULTRA-desirable location on the South side of 30A between Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach, and just STEPS to the PRIVATE DEEDED BEACH ACCESS is this STUNNING 7-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home with over 5,000 square feet of living space! 6 Complimentary YOLO bikes + professional beach setups (4 chairs & 2 umbrellas) provided! 5 king master bedrooms + 2 bunk rooms + multiple living spaces, a massive PRIVATE HEATED POOL with oversized sun shelf, and huge open-concept floor plan! As you enter you will be greeted by a beautifully appointed Alys Beach-vibe, with quartz counters, high ceilings, and wide plank wood floors throughout. The first floor is a wonderful space for entertaining and gathering together, with a massive open concept floor plan and outdoor living space. The fully fenced pool area has a chic vibe, with an oversize sun shelf and green space making it feel like you're at an upscale resort lounging poolside! The second floor houses 4 king bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Ascending to the third floor you will find another king bedroom, full bathroom, additional living room/hangout space, and TWO additional bunk rooms! The first bunk room has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks, and the second has 3 sets of twin over twin bunks. This is the perfect location for enjoying the sun, sand and sea all day! Free off-street parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway and fully fenced yard. This location is exceptional and is perfectly positioned a short distance to some of 30A's most treasured and prestigious destinations like Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, both of which are less than a mile away!

We were a group of four families vacationing together. The house was very accommodating for our needs. With a group of seven adults and ten teenagers, the house was a perfect fit! It was so nice to be able to walk to both the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants with such ease. It made our time so much more relaxing and entertaining.
We had the best time! The pool in the backyard was such a great spot for the kids to hang and I loved that I could watch them while I cooked or did things in and out. The layout of the home was perfect!
We had an amazing stay! I never leave reviews but this place deserves it! Highly recommend!
The location is remote. They show it is 3 houses from the beach but it is actually very difficult to get to the beach The freezer was broken and for 3 days they said they would fix it. We had 3 babies and brought with us 2 cribs as they said they had one crib which was nowhere to be found and they said they would deliver the next morning and never did, newborn slept on the floor on comforters The dishwasher in the kitchen was not installed correctly and the door flys open and you have to catch the racks before things fly out. They had the bare minimum kitchen supplies and no grill supplies. We had to purchase hot pads and spatulas, etc etc just to cook meals One night the music came on and not from our phone and we reached out and asked for help as it was blaring thru the house and the only comment was to turn off your blue tooth which made no sense since none of us turned it on, we had to unplug the entire electronic system to get it off It was not a vacation

A stay here is full of adventure! The proximity demands that visitors explore Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, and biking along the Timpoochee Trail in Seagrove or just right along 30A is a fun way to explore!
With plenty of shady nooks, beautiful stretches of sun-soaked beach, and lots of fun to go around, Inlet Beach is the perfect beach community for families looking for a classic Florida vacation vibe - and this house emulates that feel at every turn!
The bikes provided for you are a perfect way to explore this scenic stretch of Highway 30A! Golf carts are also a fun way to get around as they are street legal on 30A (however they cannot be parked in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, or Alys Beach which are the closest surrounding towns).
