Do not rent with this management company if you want any help when things go wrong. The house looked liked the photos but when it was first listed, not what it looks like now. When we arrived, an hour after check in time, the cleaning lady was still there & about to leave when there were beer cans all outside, feces & vomit by the pool, dirty towels in the bathroom, floors were sticky, countertops were grimey & overall the house was unsanitary. When trying to talk to the management company about our issues, they said they would MAYBE be able to send someone out to clean that day but no guarantees & it was unsanitary & we would not have been able to cook or do anything as we had planned when they wouldn't immediately take care of our issues. The managers were unreachable & continued to push us off for 2 hours. They also got extremely disrespectful over the phone with an attitude when myself & my friend tried to talk to them at the same time & refused to talk. DO not recommend renting.

This place was a nice fit for what we were looking for. Plenty of space for our group, nice pool and house overall. Neighborhood was very safe. A bit further out from downtown than anticipated but that was on me

This house provided the perfect getaway for a group of our 9 friends. We really enjoyed the pool (weather permitting), and the kitchen had enough utensils and flatware for us to utilize.

overall , excellent stay. the AC was a bit tricky but that’s my only complaint.
