Here you can relax in tranquility and privacy to the sound of the waves as they break against the secluded beach just 200 feet from the house. The place has its private pool and grill with a great view to the beach. Located in a gated community with 24/7 security just 25 minutes from Surf City and 15 minutes from Mizata Beach, which offers great uncrowded surf. Our house has two cottages, each designed with two bedrooms and individual bathrooms. Each cottage counts with its own front porch, where you will find a living room, a hammock and a small rustic dinning table. WiFi is available within the property. A few steps down you'll enjoy the main social area of the house with a large dinning table that accommodates up to 15 people, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The last bedroom is located next to the social area and has its own bathroom. Four of the five bedrooms are equipped with AC. Four steps down adjacent to the main social area you'll find a smaller dinning table for up to 8 people and more hammocks. The outdoor of the house has two pools to enjoy, a charcoal grill, lounge chairs, hammocks, outdoor dinning tables, and plenty of coconut palm trees. The house is the last property before the beach (one minute walk) and you can see the beach and enjoy the ocean breeze. The beach is fine volcanic sand and only accessible to guests of the community. A perfect spot for finding sea shells, enjoying spectacular sunsets, and - if you’re lucky - you may even spot a sea turtle. As a bonus explore the amazing hiking trails within the compound or enjoy fresh oysters and a cool beer by the community pool and small restaurant, which opens on weekends.
