Buruj Villa - is a home away from home. You'll enjoy walking into and spending your holiday in this private 2 story, 3 bedroom villa with Arabian vibes. With all its amenities, you'll directly feel right at home. Though we are newly listed in AirBnB, Buruj villa has hosted more than 100 guests - mostly families - since March 2023 with remarkably positive feedbacks. First Floor There are two entrances you may choose from. The first entrance is going to the first floor, where you will be greeted with a beautiful Ahlan wa Sahlan (means : Welcome) mural. - Living Room You will especially love the open and spacious living room. Its divided into three areas, blue sofa where you can enjoy watching TV, red majlis (Arabian couch) for lounging, and a reading/playing corner with IKEA sofa bed where both children and adults will enjoy. - Master Bedroom The master bedroom is also located in the 1st floor, equipped with king size bed, wardrobe, vanity and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and hot water. - Balcony As you explore further in this floor, a balcony facing to the swimming pool - with two chairs and a table - is a perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea. Then the stairs will lead you directly to the pool area. *** Swimming Pool and Gazebo Either take a refreshing dip to the pool water or enjoy reading your book at the gazebo. Whichever you choose, you will feel relaxed at our backyard area. Our duck pool floatie is always a favorite for children and as a photo spot. You can have a family barbeque there. No worries, we will provide the BBQ grill and tools. You may also request BBQ package at special price. *** Ground Floor From the house front, there is a second entrance by going downstairs through the wooden doors. - Kitchen & Dining Area You will be greeted by a modern kitchen area. It's with complete equipment to cook light meals. There are gas stove, fridge, kitchen and dining utensils, microwave, rice cooker, hot/cold water dispenser and more. A dining table with 6 chairs and another majlis are perfect place to enjoy the meals. - Bedrooms The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located in this floor. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. Both are equipped with a wardrobe and vanity. - Bathrooms There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the house : one on the 1st floor (inside Master Bedroom), while the 2nd and 3rd are on the ground floor. All bathrooms are equipped with shower and water heater. *** Washing Machine and Hanger A washing machine is available to use, also we provide drying rack and hangers.
