In a quiet location, but still convenient for reaching the train station (Carnate station 15 minutes' walking) and for reaching the main roads that take you to Milan, this apartment is equipped with all the comforts that will make you feel at home : air conditioning, internet, smart TV, washing machine and independent heating. Through a staircase you reach the living area consisting of a relaxation area, with a sofa that can become a bed if necessary, smart TV, equipped kitchen with a nice snack bar and dining table. A small balcony and a bathroom equipped with shower and washing machine complete the first floor. Via a second staircase, you reach the double bedroom with a comfortable wardrobe.

The location is very convenient: Carnate station (suburban line S8 Milan-Lecco) is 15 minutes away from the apartment from which trains leave every 20 minutes for Milan Porta Garibaldi.
The Cologno Monzese and Cascina Gobba metro stations are only 20 minutes by car from the apartment as well as the Milan Linate and Orio al Serio airports are only 30 minutes by car.
