非常适合家庭居住，床够大，也有洗衣设备，厨房里有厨具，可以简单做饭，走路去博多站十分钟之内，还会推荐朋友来

We loved our stay at Grand Stays, had all the things we needed in terms of amenities. love the size of our twin room beds as many of the accommodation a twin room only consist of a small double bed. love the projector/ remote control light, it was a nice touch. It is nice and quiet around the apartment at night so, good place if you're a light sleeper. The apartment was clean overall, however we were greeted with a slight sewer odor when as we walked into the apartment, it was much better after we switched on the air-conditioning and the bathroom fans. I think the smell may have come from the washing machine which may easily be fixed with a washing machine drum clean. The washing machine is washer/dryer which made it really convenient for us as we are on a long trip. we would definitely stay again if we travel to Hakata.
