The main level of Black Rock Ridge 14202 consists of an open, inviting LIVING AREA and spacious KITCHEN. In the living space, soothing neutral furnishings surround the modern corner fireplace. Above the cozy flames, there’s a 55-inch HDTV that’s perfect for watching the game or a favorite family movie. Next to the living area, a formal DINING TABLE has plenty of seating for everyone, while a casual peninsula bar with seating for four leads into the kitchen. The chef in your group will adore this space, where glossy white quartz countertops sit atop gorgeous, custom wood cabinetry. The premier appliance suite includes a huge stainless steel refrigerator, a dishwasher, a luxe gas range, and a microwave. The chef-inspired design is finished off with a chic tile backsplash. Also on this floor, you’ll find two private bedrooms. The first is the PRIMARY SUITE, which features an elegant king-size bed, an HDTV, and glass doors leading outside to the back patio.
