Peter was a flexible and welcoming host. We had booked for two nights, but due to last minute circumstances, were unable to stay the first night we had booked. Peter offered us a second night on the other side of our booking for no extra charge! We arrived to a fridge with eggs, bread, butter and milk as well as condiments in the pantry. This was perfect as we hadn't organised dinner and was just what we needed to fill the hole in our bellies until we could go to the shops the following day. The setting is peaceful, the house was warm and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious peaceful farmhouse in scenic remote location within driving distance of great opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, swimming (Capertee national park, Dunn's swamp, Glen Davis): as well as Rylstone for pub food and dumplings. Great for groups with spacious well appointed kitchen including great coffee machine, dining area, back deck. Good linen. Communication and cleanliness and garbage disposal facilities were fair. Opportunity to feed the goats and watch the sun rise and set reflected on the cliffs of the Capertee Valley surrounding the house.

Thanks Peter for hosting us. You are a wonderful host and your farm stay is very cozy and comfortable. We loved the activities in and around your property. Some of the activities we enjoyed: feeding farm animals, kangaroos, camp fire etc. we would love to stay again at your place.
