This 5 bed 2 bath home has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet neighborhood next to a church. Includes stainless steel appliances as well as washer and dryer. There are 5 twin beds total and a long couch that could be used by a 6th guest. Conveniently located 32 minutes from Charlotte, 14 minutes from Concord Mills Mall and only 9 minutes to Charlotte Motor Speedway & Interstate 85. Clean with all new appliances and hardwood floors in all living areas, with tile floors and marble countertops in both spacious bathrooms. Open plan with plenty space in kitchen and living area. Two spacious bedrooms with a total of 5 twin beds with linens included as well as additional linens for another to sleep on the couch.

The place was clean. Rooms are spacious. Wendy was helpful and quick to respond. We were there for the drag races and the location was great. The only thing that could be better are the beds. The bedrooms are big but there are just single beds that are a bit uncomfortable.
Came to visit the great wolf lodge for the weekend with 2 young ones. It was only 10/15 minutes from the great wolf lodge and concord mills. House was clean and looks just like the pictures. Wendy had a towel on each bed with a mint or York patty and a water bottle which was thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay! In a quiet neighborhood.

Wendy’s home was perfect for us. It was very clean, easy to find, and had all the little touches. I highly recommend her home to anyone coming to Concord. Wendy also was very quick to respond to our questions. Definitely a ‘thumbs up’ for this Airbnb stay!

Plenty of parking. you can walk to some near by places. There is public access to bus routes.
