A pleasant, large garden to the front of the house, with a private driveway, where you can park your car free of charge. A charging station for electric vehicles is at your disposal. In the basement: 1 games room (table football, pool table, basketball hoop, table tennis, shooting target, etc.), 1 utility room for storing your bikes, kites, paddleboards, etc. Baby equipment is also available FREE OF CHARGE: 3 high chairs, 3 cots 60x120 cm, 1 cot, 1 bath, 2 pots, games, books. Rest, calm and conviviality reign in the neighbourhood. The street is in fact a cul-de-sac, with very little traffic, leading via a path surrounded by fields to the Abbaye woods. It's a very pleasant walk. Parties are not permitted in the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the basement.
