Two full bathrooms that are well-equipped with modern fixtures and amenities. An additional space known as "Lil Miss Bunkhouse." Lil Miss Bunkhouse also features its own bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience. The outdoor shared space is designed for fun and relaxation for guests of all ages. Communication was great and the place we stayed at was great
The Cozi Vacations staff was friendly, proactive, and responsive. We felt cared about and respected. The property is quiet, beautiful, and perfect for groups with a comfy couch and plenty of seating. Our men's group enjoyed the shuffleboard, pool table, and fire pit. I would stay at the property again, without hesitation.
We booked this lovely home to celebrate a special birthday with family. We don't see each other often, so we wanted a place conducive to visiting and relaxation. This property was excellent for this. It included a large, functional kitchen for group meals, and a terrific little "saloon" with shuffleboard, pool table, corn hole and a firepit. It is close enough to the charming town of Fredericksburg to run in to see a winery or two. The property is well-maintained and has many great spots for photo ops. Note that the "Lil Miss" cottage has 3 twin beds, so, if you have 4 couples, one of the couples will need to sleep in twin beds. We thought it was a thoroughly enjoyable vacation, and we all agreed we hope we can come back soon!
