We are nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood on the bench in Terrace with nearby scenic walking trails and mountain views, your stay here promises a perfect blend of modern comfort and the serene charm of Terrace. Our open-concept basement suite offers a generous living space, featuring a comfortable bedroom and a convenient pull-out sofa. You'll find a full bathroom, in-suite laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and unwind with a smart TV, all while having control over your personal heating preferences. The space includes a large bedroom with a queen bed with fresh linens and walk in closet. The living room includes a pull out love-seat. The full-size kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stove, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and small appliances like toaster, rice cooker and coffee maker. It is fully stocked with any cooking utensils you may require. The table has extra storage and seating for three. The bathroom has fresh towels and any toiletries or cleaning products needed. There is a brand new washer and dryer unit in the suite. There is a bright and wide staircase from your own private entrance and a large tiled den to store any of your outdoor gear.
