good accommodation, worth the money. 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the my an area, a good grocery store nearby. It’s safe at night, but there are rats in the gateways - they don’t exist in housing, it’s just a feature of Vietnam :)

I had hoped for a slightly higher standard of cleanliness, and it would be wonderful to have a few more dining options nearby. The location has potential but may not fully meet everyone's needs as is.

This is exactly the kind of apartment we live staying at and it has everything you need: a comfortable bed, a big space, a kitchen, a sofa, a great bathroom, a washer and a balcony. The bad was that it wasn't very clean when we arrived and there were a lot of ants. When we tried to communicate, the owner was slow to respond, and it took writing 3 times to have her send a waste basket and some bug spray. I would highly recommend this place, and I would stay here again, but just be aware that you have to be very on top of washing your plates and taking out the trash to avoid ants.
