Eric人非常nice，每次无论什么时间，都是有问必答。位置很好，周围很安静，是一个很惬意的小区。离市中心很近。房子住着也很舒适，空间够大，厨房厨具齐全。总之，下次还会找Eric继续合作的😊

The place was really clean and spacious as shown in the pictures. Did have abit of difficulty with the lock on the front door quite fiddly. Otherwise everything was great could connect to the wifi easily. Would recommend to stay again as its located in a beauty suburb close to the cbd and airport.

The place is old and run down, and not cleaned to a very high standard. There were still things on the floor, mould throughout the showers, windows painted shut with so, so many bugs and spiders in them, bags or STINKING rubbish sitting around and bins completely full. We had to take our own rubbish home.   When we arrived we werent even able to get into the property as the cleaners were still there- than sat at the front door smoking for another length of time. The oven was an absolute mess, filthy. Nobody would want to put there food in it. A hot tub was advertised- didnt exist. This has since been removed from the listing. I was putting all this aside and going to wtite a review from a point of Eric being a reaponsive host- which he is. I have now been hit with bill for damage and dirty oven- which most certainly wasnt caused by us. So here is my true review of thia property.
