Situated in the incredibly peaceful leafy Easten Suburbs, Leabrook Cottage is a short walk to pristine parks and local restaurants. 6km from CBD but you might feel like you’re in the country as it is so quiet. -Luxurious bathroom w/ long bath & rain shower -Open plan living surrounded by windows giving ample natural light and showcasing nearby gum trees -Bifold doors off kitchen to the rear yard and outdoor setting 2 cozy bedrooms with new beds etc. The bedrooms are next to each other with an adjoining door which can be closed/locked. It is perfect for a family or two couples who are acquainted. There is a dedicated desk with curved screen in a semi-open plan area. An expansive open plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for relaxing with family and friends. This space opens out onto the green outdoor green space; enjoy those perfect days with fresh air and a beautiful outlook. New appliances and amenities to make your stay as easy and comfy as possible. Indoor Fireplace (winter only) to get cozy by. Family friendly space, porta cot etc on request

Don’t hesitate to stay here! It’s in a beautiful, peaceful location close to supermarkets and one of the nicest parks we’ve been to. The house is fabulous & exactly as described. We had two young children & it was just perfect. My son was super excited by the kids toys, books and sandpit! We’ll be back!
Great location for us to get to all the events we had whilst in Adelaide.
This property exceeded our expectations. A charming cottage from the outside but inside it has a lofty living area with lots of windows letting in natural light and views to the green outdoor area. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay and more. Staying with a walking 1 year old and 5 year old and this space was friendly for them with books and toys supplied. Jeff was a good host too giving some local recommendations that we were very pleased with.
I am a frequent traveler and use Airbnb regularly. I was amazed how responsive Jeff and Lara were, immediately responding to our queries and feedback. The cottage was very clean and cosy. The neighborhood was sooo quiet with local parks nearby. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the city (10 mins by car).
We absolutely loved staying here. It was so peaceful, spacious and clean. Jeff and Lara were very generous and arranged ahead of time some bread and milk for us. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with and everything that we needed for our stay. We loved the unique property and would definitely stay again.

Leabrook is a beautiful peaceful leafy suburb surrounded by prestigious parks (including Hazelwood Park and Tusmore Park which have public swimming pools in warmer months - both less than 500m walk). From within the cottage there is very little noise, it is truly peaceful. There are restaurants, bars, walking trails, picnic spots. Burnside Village and The Parade are under 2km away. Iconic Penfolds Magill Estate under 4km away.
Bus stop 100m away at the end of the Street. The location lends itself to walking, bike riding or taking an Uber. Burnside Village and The Parade Norwood are less than 2km away and the CBD is less than 6km. There is free parking on the street making for easy to access Leabrook Cottage.
