Hello! My name is Gunner. I live in Austin with my girlfriend Sarah and lovely dog Lulu. They are the center of my world. A few years ago I started a journey into the world of hosting. While it was a natural progression from my years in the restaurant and hospitality industry I had no idea the profound impact it would have on me, my family, and all the wonderful people I have the opportunity to host. Along the way I've picked up a few tricks that have given me the ability to be the best possible host. Things like custom area guides, professional cleaning staff, and 24/7 support in the event you need it.. To say you will get the VERY BEST attention known to the Airbnb community is not an exaggeration. I offer self check-in at my property. I travel a lot so I totally understand wanting to feel that secure comfort and privacy of a hotel booking so I send smart lock codes 24 hours prior to arrival via automated massaging so you can always be on your own timeline. As you can tell, I add an enormous emphasis on catering to guests. That’s why I have a 0% cancelation rate since joining Airbnb in 2016.
