Great Airbnb and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Definitely recommend it!

The cottage was modern, clean, and had the amenities one would need. It was close to historical areas and places to entertain yourself. The downside was the left side of the house held warmth/heat while the right side was pretty cold and the water only stayed warm/hot for 12mins max and then ran cold (quick showers or wash in cold water). There weren’t additional blankets available and the bed was pretty firm and led to body aches. In addition, guest rules weren’t noted clearly before booking. I was unable to have guests over while visiting family and told I would be charged double the nightly price for each person. There is a camera on property, so after having a friend stay overnight prior to the rules being noted and clarified, I was messaged shortly after leaving the property the next day about not having guests over and that the fee would be waived “this time”. This is pertinent info that should be noted in the listing. I would’ve booked elsewhere, but overall a decent experience
