The walking distance to the city center, as well as to the nearby shopping mall, green park and metro station contribute to the unique experience, especially if you enjoy Sofia as a tourist or a future resident of the city! - Our incomparable cozy house on three floors is located on the last floors (14,15,16) of a residential block in the center of Sofia. We have endeavoured to give you a once-in-a-lifetime experience in a home filled with artistry and attention to detail. - On the first floor you have at your disposal a large bedroom with a large Boxspring bed, an additional pull-out single bed, a large wardrobe and a comfortable work desk. On this floor is also the main elegant bathroom with toilet and shower cabin. A washing machine is available in the alcove next to the stairs. - By wooden stairs you go up to the main second floor, where in a common space are the living room with the dining room as well as the fully equipped modern kitchen. From there you also have access to the outside terrace with a breathtaking view, greenery and space to sit, eat or relax. - An elegant wooden staircase leads you to the third floor, which is connected to the second floor by a glass wall, allowing a visual fusion of the spaces. This room is intended for a second bedroom with two beds, but can also be used as an office room. Here is also the second cozy bathroom with toilet and shower cabin, as well as a children's bed, reachable by a ladder, which is formally on the fourth floor of the apartment. - The apartment has central heating, and for the summer months each room is equipped with air conditioning. - There is fresh cold water and ice available from the Side by Side fridge, as well as a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. - Fiber internet and a large TV with international TV channels are available. - The whole space is built and furnished by us personally, with a lot of love, so please treat it the same way.
