We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2, which is located directly in front of our house, takes you to all the well-known sights in the center in 15 minutes without changing. The perfect place to enjoy your coffee and take in the city. In our apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and a spacious living room. Everything for your stay in Vienna. A free parking space is available.

Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit direktem Straßenbahn Anschluss und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man ist knapp 20-25 Minuten an den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt waren zu dritt mit Kind. Es war soweit sauber. Für größere Kochaktionen ist die Küche nicht unbedingt ausgerichtet, aber für ein Frühstück ist das Inventar in Ordnung. Equipment wie Staubsauger oder Besen gibt es nicht, das sollte man bedenken, wenn man vielleicht etwas mehr Schmutz verursacht ;) ansonsten können wir können wir die Wohnung empfehlen. Preislich ist sie sicher etwas gehoben, aber das liegt denke ich einfach auch an der guten Anbindung und Infrastruktur.
Tolle Gastgeber! Total hilfsbereit und sind für einen da. Selten so ein Engagement erlebt. Kann man nur empfehlen! Danke 🙂
Wir waren Anfang April ein verlängertes Wochenende zu zweit in der Unterkunft in Wien. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Nespresso-Maschine etc. für ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse waren da. Ebenso war Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Auto hatte eine tollen Platz in der Tiefgarage ... der Platz war auch groß genug für ein ein großes Auto. Besonders cool war die Ankunftsseite. Alles Informationen, die man brauchen kann, vorhanden. Alle Informationen, die man wirklich braucht (wie check in, wie kommt man an die Schlüssel, wie kommt man in die Tiefgarage, wo bringt man den Müll hin, ...) sehr ausführlich mit Bildern dokumentiert. Es war wirklich alles mit Bildern beschrieben ... so gut haben wir das noch nie gesehen. Alles im Allen: Danke für den Aufenthalt ... und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Great apartment in residential part of city, quiet neighborhood. Public transportation in front of the building, 20 mins to city centre. Host is very friendly and responsive, instructions for check in and getting around very detailed and clear. Also, great local recommendation list. For my personal choice bed could be a bit more comfortable, and there was some dust in bedroom. I recommend this apartment, extra bonus: it has a parking spot which is rarity in Wien.

We are located in a residential area in Vienna's vibrant 16th district, Ottakring. Tram line 2 (station: Wilhelminenstraße) is directly opposite - from there it is only 15 minutes to the city center. You will find several grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner; The well-known event location and brewery “Ottakringer Brewery” is a 10-minute walk away. For a walk nearby, be sure to visit Lidlpark and one of the coolest markets in Vienna, the Brunnenmarkt, is also worth a visit.
Traveling by car:
We are easy to reach by car - it's best to ask your favourite navigation for the direction. You need a parking ticket to park on the streets. For your greatest convenience, there is free parking available directly in our garage. Another alternative: APCOA Weinheimergasse (€6 per day), which is 10 minutes away from us by tram.
Traveling by public transport:
Tram line 2 (stop: Wilhelminenstraße) stops right in front of our house. A 15-minute drive takes you directly to the city center. Alternatively, tram lines 44 and 43 can also be reached on foot.
From the airport it's best to take the S7 or CAT to Wien Mitte Landstraße. Then walk through the Stadtpark to Stubentor, where you change to tram line 2 (direction Dornbach). Get off at Wilhelminenstraße station.
If you arrive by train (Vienna Central Station), take the U1 (direction Leopoldau) to Karlsplatz and then get on tram line 2 (direction Dornbach) and get off at Wilhelminenstraße.
