Although it's situated in an extremely quiet residential area, we are just two blocks away from the main street. The building is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it an ideal spot for those seeking privacy. The lack of traffic and the peaceful ambiance at night ensure that this neighborhood is the perfect haven for a relaxed and uninterrupted stay in the heart of the city.
The Sabana area boasts a prime location just a few blocks from the stadium, making it a top choice for those visiting for events, concerts, or games. Please be aware that there is a height restriction of 2.20 meters to enter the parking area. Ensure that your vehicle complies with this limit to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. Despite being within the building premises and secured behind a gate, note that the parking spaces are outdoors and do not have a roof covering. To facilitate maneuvering, we advise you to park in the same way as you entered, allowing you to exit in the opposite manner, avoiding the need to turn around within the parking area. If the parking is full, rest assured that it is also completely safe to park outside the building. Our location is conveniently situated on a dead-end street, which enhances the security and peace of mind for you and your vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.
