This fully private, four bedroom serviced penthouse is located on the Fourth floor of our building. Combining the convenience of a serviced apartment with the luxurious amenities of a balcony that makes the perfect combination for a family holiday.

I honestly didn’t enjoy my stay here. My family and I stayed one week here and each day was rife with problems. There was a problem with the breakers on day 1, we couldn’t go to bed for fear of a fire hazard. We had to turn off all AC in the apartment before the breaker stopped smoking. This was fixed by day 2. We ran out of water twice, my mum was actually in the shower when water stopped running. She had to rinse off with bottled water. Then we had a leak in one of the bathrooms which flooded the bedroom. I don’t know if this was just bad timing for the host but it felt like we spent most of our time here making complaints

The estate is very neat (there are cleaners in the estate) and the houses are well built and maintained. The estate is an attractive location for residential real estate. The neighborhood is so serene that most buildings here range from detached buildings to flats, duplexes and bungalows. There are street lights that illuminate the neighborhood at night. The estate is portioned in roads instead of streets.
The ground floor and entrance gives guests access to free indoor and outdoor parking spaces. The Penthouse can be accessed by elevator and stairs.
